J.F. serves on the advisory council to Accuidity LL. He brings both extensive Index advisory expertise, and experience in the primary and secondary markets for investments in private tech companies. J.F. co-founded Lutetia Capital in 2009, a recognized Index advisor to leading financial institutions in Europe, including Société Générale (SG) and Natixis; and Lutetia Technology Partners in 2020, which successfully led and participated in primary equity financing rounds of private tech companies. He was previously an investment banker at Lazard in New York. J.F. graduated from NYU Law School (LL.M 99) and Paris II Law School (JD).
